Our work has led a 40% improvement of gross margin through planning, sourcing and manufacturing improvements in China, 50% increase of production efficiency, 14 weeks reduction of cash to cash cycle time, 30% reduction of warehousing & transportation costs, a 200% increase of global inventory turns and significant business growth and improvements in product quality, portfolio life cycle management and customer service.
